By accessing or using AI Panic you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement to create an account. Browsing the public feed does not require an account.

Accounts are provided through our authentication provider Clerk. You are responsible for the security of your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

AI Panic aggregates publicly available AI reporting from independent publishers, groups related coverage, and adds computed context such as an Attention Score, Signals and market data. Features can change over time; the current scope is what you see in the product.

Articles, headlines and excerpts shown on AI Panic originate from independent publishers and remain their property. The original publisher's version is authoritative; AI Panic displays titles and short excerpts with attribution and links to the source. We do not claim ownership of, or editorial responsibility for, third-party articles.

The Attention Score, Signals, grouping and similar features are produced by automated processes. They can be wrong, incomplete or outdated. Speed, popularity and automation do not guarantee truth; always check the original reporting before relying on anything you read here.

Market data shown on AI Panic (via providers such as Marketstack) may be delayed, inaccurate or incomplete. Nothing on AI Panic constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. Decisions you make based on the information shown are your own responsibility.

You retain ownership of comments you post. By posting, you grant AI Panic a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display and moderate your comment as part of the service. We may remove comments that violate these terms.

Feed submissions (see Submit your news feed) are requests for review: a submission never guarantees inclusion, ranking or a response, and AI Panic may pause or remove sources at its discretion.

You may not scrape or bulk-download the service, circumvent technical limits, interfere with its operation, post unlawful, deceptive or abusive content, or use the service to violate the rights of others.

The AI Panic name, design, software and original content are protected by intellectual property law. Third-party articles remain the property of their publishers as described above.

AI Panic relies on external services — Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments for Plus) and third-party publisher sites we link to. Their terms and privacy notices apply to their services; we are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

The core feed is free. AI Panic Plus is a paid subscription that adds the capabilities described on the Plans & Pricing page. Where Plus is offered, billing is processed by Stripe: subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel anytime with effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices and included features are those shown at checkout at the time of purchase.

We may add, change or discontinue features at any time. We aim to keep disruptions minimal but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service or create security risks. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law — including regarding accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of aggregated content, automated analysis and market data.

Our liability is limited or excluded to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, and nothing in these terms waives mandatory consumer rights you may have.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of AI Panic from claims arising out of your unlawful use of the service or your violation of these terms.

The governing law and place of jurisdiction are maintained in the central legal configuration and will be stated here before publication. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your place of residence remain unaffected in any case.

We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. The current version and its update date are always shown at the top of this page. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance; where the law requires more, we will obtain your explicit consent.
